Bedrosian sent a truck with two gentlemen to pick up our two oriental style rugs. They measured and tagged them, rolled them up, and took them to their cleaning facilities. A day later I got a cost figure from Bedrosian representative, gave them credit card number, and the rugs were cleaned and returned a week later. All very efficient.

The rugs came back having been washed in soap and water, dried, rolled and wrapped in heavy plastic. They stayed that way for a month until we were able to unroll them after our move to NC. They look lovely and lush in color. We're pleased with the results
