They were prompt, courteous and professional. Cleaned my 11 year old carpets in the kids bedrooms and a large basement rec room that due to 3 college boys home for summer, looked a bit like a frat house. They even came back to retreat a particularly bad stain and to re-stretch some loose spots for free! Carpets look brand new, and I can't say enough good things about Bedrosians. They saved me from recarpeting the whole house!
